Collection: Alcohol-free Verjuice
For people needing something both sophisticated and non-alcoholic, we have produced a Verjuice for drinking rather than cooking. We produce this from the second press Chardonnay juice when making our sparkling wine. It is sweeter than the type of verjuice made for cooking purposes (which is tart) but has a similar acid profile to unripe grapes. It tastes great as a long drink with soda water or tonic, or icy cold as an alternative to sticky wines.
