Refund policy

All reasonable steps will be taken to ensure your wine is received in good condition. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, then contact orders@viridianwines.com so that we can resolve the issue. Wine must be returned in its original condition at your risk and cost. It is recommended that you return wine via Registered Post, or if possible, in person. You must contact us within 14 days from receipt of your wine to notify of damage or request to exchange.

This policy does not apply to products damaged during or after delivery, products that have been consumed, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken.
