Collection: 2016

Spring 2015 was very warm and dry with temperatures 1.9°C above the average and rainfall 1/2 the long term average. Late November was cold just before flowering, however the summer was warmer than last year and 1.7°C above average. There was little rainfall until the end of January when heavy rain fell over 3 days. Autumn was cool with cool nights and little rain before vintage.

The Chardonnay was picked on 8 March.
