These sparkling wines have fine persistent bubbles and should be enjoyed at every opportunity or occasions large and small; happy and sad.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThis vintage sparkling is named “Iola” in honour of Lyn’s mother, Iola Miles. \u003cmeta charset=\"utf-8\"\u003eThe current tranche of this sparkling Blanc de Blancs was disgorged in early 2026 after 10 years on lees.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cmeta charset=\"utf-8\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThe 2015 vintage started with a warm and dry spring, the driest on record in many places. Strong winds caused damage across the state. Rainfall was mixed but with a couple of rain events in mid January and February. Summer temperatures were noticeably cooler, with 35 days below 20°C.
